How Prelap's storage-metered pricing works, and what happens at a limit.
Prelap's pricing is storage-metered: projects are unlimited on every plan, and the thing you pick a tier for is how much video storage you need.
What each meter counts
Your usage meters live in Settings, under Usage & storage. In plain English:

So the Free plan's 60 minutes a month means up to 60 minutes of client voice notes transcribed that month. It has nothing to do with how long your videos are or how much you upload.
At a limit
You're warned as you approach a limit. At the storage ceiling, an upload that does not fit is blocked until you free space, upgrade or add storage; everything already uploaded stays accessible. At a transcription or AI limit, Prelap pauses AI processing of new notes until the allowance resets on the 1st or you upgrade; the notes themselves are kept. Emptying your Trash reclaims storage, since trashed items still occupy space until they're purged.
