- Something not working, or not sure how to do something? Email us with the project name and what you expected to happen. The docs answer the common questions.
- Billing and refunds
- Change plan, update your card or download invoices in Settings, under Plan & billing. Not right for you? Email us within 14 days of your first payment on a plan for a full refund, as set out in the Terms.
- Privacy and your data
- To access, correct, delete or export your data, email us from your account address. The Privacy Policy explains what we store and why.
- Reviewing a video for your editor?
- Your review link came from your editor, so questions about the edit go to them. If the link has expired or asks for a password, ask your editor for a new link or the password. New to it? Read the 3-step client guide.
