Comparing versions

Every upload on a project becomes a new version (v1, v2, v3…) on the same review link, and every version keeps its own notes and checklist. When a client says "it still looks the same", compare the cuts instead of arguing from memory.

How to compare

• Open a version in the editor workspace and choose Compare versions in the player toolbar, then pick the version to compare with.
• Wipe: both cuts play in sync in one frame; drag the divider to reveal one or the other at the exact same moment.
• Full frame: swap the whole frame between the two cuts to judge pacing, color and audio as a whole.
• Images get slider, side-by-side and overlay modes.

Comparing never changes either version or its notes, and your client's link keeps showing the latest cut.
